How the fund works
GDMG plans to allocate a portion of available operating cash flow toward artist development, subject to business performance, operating costs, reserves, and management approval. Allocations are proposed, separately approved, and milestone-tracked. Advances and recoupment obligations are tracked separately from ordinary expenses.
